Godwin Akwuobi writes a letter to Access bank on behalf of the students

Once again in this fight for a better country, a better school and better political individuals, Godwin Akwuobi, a student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University , noticed the troubles caused by the Access bank  ATM In college of health sciences, okofia and decided to act on behalf of his fellow students.
It was said that the solar panels of the ATM was damaged and this has caused unnecessary starvation, expenses and stress in students` lives.

On an interview with Godwin on his journey to access bank,  he said “In my discussion with the operation manager Access bank as at 2pm on Friday, 21st April, 2017, in her office, she said that they will send engineers to the site of the ATM to first ascertain the enormity of the damage done to the solar panel by the thunder storm after which they will start the repair as soon as possible. She also welcomed my visitation to her office.”
Below is Godwin`s letter to Access bank,
“I, Godwin Akwuobi, a student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, College of health sciences, okofia, the national vice president of Nnamdi Azikiwe University basic medical science student association(NAUBMSSA), the president of unizik emergency rescue team(UCHERT), the operation manager of paramedics, on behalf of the students of health sciences Okofia wish to write to the management of access bank to please come to our aid by getting the ATM, situated in the college of health sciences okofia, functional again.
For some time now, the ATM has not been functional and this has caused over 5000 students in Okofia, even the indigenes as well, to run to and fro town because we want to withdraw a small amount of money for feeding and other welfare. It is disheartening that a student that needs to withdraw just 1000 naira ends up with 400naira after transporting him/herself to and fro town.
The frequent to and fro movement of students to town just to withdraw a little amount of money has led to several casualties ranging from accidents to robbery attack. I thereby plead on the management of access bank to please save us from accidents and robbery attacks and money b getting the school ATM functional again since it is the only and nearest medium through which we can access some money for our welfare. I want the management to know that the whole students in college of health sciences are aware of this letter and we look forward believing that our cry to the management of access bank would be attended. Thanks.”
From this very act of Godwin`s caring for his fellow students, it is very clear that truly, better leaders are already here and are ready to change the country with clear minds.
GODWIN AKWUOBI
