NEWSFAZE: Man sexually abuses teenage girls in Kano

On Tuesday, a Magistrate court sitting in Kano state  arraigned one Habibu Yuguda for sexually molesting four teenage girls.
Inspector Shuaibu Musa, The prosecutor, told the court that three complainants, Yusuf Musa, Abdullahi Yahaya and Yahuza Sale reported the matter at the Gezawa Police Division in the state.

The inspector said, “Yuguda, a resident of Kofar Fada village, near Kano, lured the complainants’ daughters, aged 11 and 12 years and had carnal knowledge of them.

“The accused gave them a ride in his car and took them to his house at Kofar Fada village where he committed the said act after which he gave them N50 each.
“When the victims were taken to the Gezawa General Hospital, medical results confirmed the defilement,” the prosecutor added, noting that the offence contravenes Sections 283 of the Penal Code.
Yuguda pleaded not guilty.
Hajiya Maryam Sabo, The presiding judge, ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody.

Sabo adjourned the case till July 19 for trial.
